    1. Which are the credit cards that I can avail Balance Transfer for?

      Balance Transfer facility can be availed for all the different credit cards offered by various banks in India.

    2. How is the billing for Flexipay done?

      You will be billed for your Flexipay as a part of your monthly statements. The first instalment that you have to pay for availing Flexipay facility will be there on your card statement after you book the particular facility.

    3. Can add-on cardholders use the Easy Money facility?

      No, add-on card holders cannot use the Easy Money Facility. Only the primary cardholder can avail Easy Money.

    4. Can I avail Balance Transfer on multiple SBI cards?

      �No, you can avail Balance Transfer facility will only one SBI card that you own.

    5. How can I book Encash?

      Encash can be booked by you in two different ways. These are as follows:

      • You can log on to using your SBI login credentials.
      • Call up the card helpline number to find out if you can avail the Encash facility.
    6. Is there a penalty levied on an invalid cheque?

      Yes, a penalty of 2% of Cheque dishonour amount is charged for a Cheque Bounce.

    7. What are the surcharges available on the card?
      Ticket Counters - railway ticket purchase Rs. 30 + 2.5% of ticket value
      Railway tickets purchased from IRCTC website 1.8% of transaction amount + service charge
      Customs duty 2.25% of the amount transacted or a minimum amount of Rs. 75, whichever is higher

    8. How is the calculation of the minimum amount due made?

      Minimum amount due includes the following:

      5% of Total Outstanding balance or a minimum amount of Rs. 200 (whichever is higher) + GST + EMI on loans (if any).

    9. How can I apply for a SBI Advantage Plus Credit Card?

      The steps to be followed in order to apply for an SBI Advantage Plus Credit Card are:

      • Submit the duly filled SBI Advantage Plus Credit Card Application Form and SBI FD Form with the bank
      • Provide a signed copy of the lien authorization letter and Auto Debit Mandate, in the format specified by the SBI Card mandate.
      • Provide the self-attested KYC documents
      • Submit all the above documents at an SBI branch
      • The SBI Advantage Plus Card will be issued to you if all requirements are met
      • Once the joining fee as well as the annual fee is paid, you can use the Encash facility to open a fixed deposit in the bank using the credit provided on the card, for a sum of Rs. 25,000 or Rs. 50,000.
      • The Fixed Deposit will be opened in your name by the Bank, for the amount of your choice.
    10. What is the EMI I have to pay when I use the encash facility to open a SBI fixed deposit through this scheme?

      The cardholder will have to pay EMI for 11 consecutive months, and will be billed according to the amount he/she has used through the Encash facility. The customer will have to pay a monthly EMI of Rs. 2,500 EMI for Rs. 25,000 encashed as FD or pay an EMI of Rs. 5,000 per month for Rs. 50,000 encashed on the card.
