SBI charges five hundred rupees for the credit card as a annual fee. When it comes to offers and benefits, I receive nothing from the bank. They credit reward points but it cannot be redeemable. Finally I am not happy with State bank of India for my credit card.

I do have SBI credit card and am having it from the last two years of time. Its the very cool, so they don't entertain the customers much. Complaints used to taken care after seven days of time. I would like to suggest that they need to resolve the customer queries immediately.

Using Simply save card for about past 2 years. It has very good benefits like reward points , cash back offers and fuel surcharge waiver in this card. The best part about this card is the cash back offer which is very useful. Overall, I am happy with the credit limit. The rate of interest is nominal with this card.

I do hold three Bank credit cards and amongst all, SBI credit card Ranks ONE because of their interest rate, which is the least also the credit limit which is offered by them is really satisfactory. Online services are really good as I can covert the payment in to EMI option from my end itself.

I would like to say SBI credit card is the best one and the interest rate is lesser one , though delayed payment happens. Credit limit value is around 43000 Rupees and the customer service is good one with them and there are no worries. There is only one drawback with them is lacking of regular alerts while making purchase.
