How to Apply for RedCarpet Ruby Card?

To apply for a RedCarpet Ruby Card, note the steps mentioned below:

  1. Step 1: Download the RedCarpet app from play store
  2. Step 2: Upload all the required documents for KYC
  3. Step 3: Apply for the credit card
  4. Step 4: Use the card to make payments

How to Activate the RedCarpet Ruby Card?

Follow the steps mentioned below to activate the RedCarpet Ruby Card:

  1. Step 1: Once you complete the KYC, open the RedCarpet app and click on the 'Smart card' button present on the home page.
  2. Step 2: Open the card screen and select 'Apply for card'.
  3. Step 3: Pay card fee.
  4. Step 4: Pay the card fees*.
  5. Step 5: Activate the card.

*This card fee is charged once and includes the initial amount. Card reload fees will be charged extra, second time onwards.

Follow the steps mentioned below to reload the RedCarpet Ruby Card:

  1. Step 1: Open the RedCarpet app and click on the 'Reload card' button. You will see the 'Reload card' button if you have a low balance.
  2. Step 2: Choose the amount you want to reload.
  3. Step 3: Pay the fees to reload card.
  4. Step 4: You can check your card status post payment of card fee.

How to Track RedCarpet Ruby Card application?

Follow the steps mentioned below to track RedCarpet Ruby Card application status:

  1. Step 1: Visit https://www.redcarpetup.com/smart-card/
  2. Step 2: Enter the 'Tracking ID' you must have received on applying for RedCarpet Ruby Card.
  3. Step 3: Click on 'Track' to know your card application status.
