HDFC Bank has simplified the bill payment process and allows their cardholders to pay their credit card bill both online and offline. HSBC credit cardholders can pay their credit card bill on the HSBC official website or through any savings netbanking account. Alternatively, they can also visit the closest HSBC Bank branch and drop a cheque or pay through Demand Draft.

    HSBC Bank Credit Card Bill Payment Using Other Banks Debit Card

    If you have an HSBC credit card but not a savings account, you can still go ahead and pay your credit card bill using a non-HSBC savings bank debit card. In order to pay your HSBC bank credit card bill using other bank’s debit card, you will have to register to the netbanking account. If you already have your netbanking login credentials, you can transfer funds towards your credit card bill through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) or Immediate Payment Service (IMPS).

    While NEFT transactions have time restrictions and are cleared once in the morning and once in the evening, IMPS transfers take place instantly. If you are paying your HSBC Bank credit card bill on the due date and you want the funds to be instantly transferred, IMPS fund transfer option is recommended. If you have ample time, you can choose to transfer the funds through NEFT.

    How To Pay Your HSBC Bank Credit Card Bill Through NEFT

    To pay your HSBC credit card bill through NEFT fund transfer option, follow the steps below:

    • Login to your savings netbanking account
    • Under “Fund Transfer” option, choose NEFT option
    • Add your HSBC credit card as beneficiary before transferring the funds by choosing the “Add a beneficiary” option
    • The account number will be your 16-digit HSBC credit card number
    • Choose HSBC Bank from the drop-down
    • The IFSC Code is HSBC0400002
    • After entering all the above details, click on the “Confirm” tab
    • Your bank will take about 30 minutes to add your credit card as your beneficiary
    • Once the beneficiary is added, you can transfer the funds to your credit card by entering the amount you wish to pay by choosing “NEFT” option under “Funds Transfer” tab
    • A One-time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number
    • Enter the OTP in the space provided to transfer funds successfully

    How To Pay Your HSBC Bank Credit Card Bill Through IMPS

    Currently, HSBC Bank does not accept IMPS payments for credit card bills. Alternatively, HSBC credit cardholders can choose one of the following ways to pay their bill:

    • If the bank you hold a savings account with allows Visa Money Transfer option, you can go ahead and use this facility to pay your HSBC Bank credit card bill.
    • You can drop or mail a cheque or Demand Draft at the nearest HSBC Bank ATM or branch office. Please visit to view a list of HSBC branches in your area.
    • You can pay your HSBC Bank by cash by visiting a HSBC Bank branch.
