If you want to track your Federal Bank credit card application status, you can visit the website of the bank, and track the same. You can also track the application via the bank's mobile app. You can also call the customer care number of the bank and track the application status of your credit card.
In-progress | When the bank is still processing the application, you will get the status as ‘In progress’. |
On-hold | If for any reasons, the bank has kept your application on hold, you will receive ‘On-hold’ status. The reasons could be incomplete documentation or details. In any case, if the bank requires further details or documents from you, the concerned department will call you asking for the same. Once the gaps are filled the credit card processing resumes. |
Approved | You will find the ‘Approved’ status, once your application is approved. You will soon receive your card to the address mentioned in the application. |
Dispatched | Once your Federal Bank Credit Card is dispatched, your status will tell the same. You can expect the card in 2-3 working days once you receive a message saying that your card has been dispatched. Make yourself available at your mailing address as the card will be handed over only to the applicant. |
Disapproved | A ‘Disapproved’ status says your application has been rejected as you failed to meet the eligibility criteria set by the bank. Ideally, you should receive the same message as SMS, saying your application has been rejected, without mentioning the reason. |
No records found | If you enter incorrect details, the system will come back with a ‘No records found’ status. Re-enter the correct details to get the status right. |
