Only Doctors of Modern Scientific System of Medicine (Allopathy) can apply for the Doctor’s SBI card in association with IMA.
Doctors can apply for the card either online or offline. They can visit the official SBI’s website and apply for a credit card by filling an online application form or visit a nearby SBI Bank branch and apply for one.

Please note that you would be required to enter basic details about yourself like your Name, mobile number, and email Id to apply for a Doctor’s SBI Card (IMA) online. Once your application is successfully submitted, an SBI Bank official will get in touch with you.
To apply for a Doctor’s SBI Card (IMA) offline, please visit the nearest SBI branch and one of the bank executives will help you out. You will be asked to fill out a credit card application form. To save time, it is recommended to carry a valid identity proof and proof of address.
