Offline

You need to visit the nearest Yes Bank branch along with documents related to the new address and make a request for an address update. You may be required to fill out an address change form and submit the address proof documents at the branch. You can also download the declaration form by visiting https://www.yesbank.in/support/form-centre.

Online

Net Banking

The address can be changed by logging in to the net banking portal. You can change the address under the customer profile. Relevant documents may need to be submitted.

Email

You can send an email to yestouchcc@yesbank.in along with the relevant documents to change the address.

Passport
Voter's ID Card
National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGA) Card (if it contains Address)
Identity Card issued to Government employees
Latest bank statement issued by Commercial banks

How to Update/ Change your Registered Mobile Number in Yes Bank?

Follow the steps mentioned below to change your registered mobile number for Yes Bank credit card:

Step 1: Visit the nearest Yes Bank where you maintain your account. Do carry along necessary documents such as a copy of your proof of address like latest telephone bill, Aadhaar Card, passport, etc., and proof of identity.

Step 2: Meet the bank executive and ask for 'KYC Details Change Form' which is required for changing registered mobile number.

Step 3: Fill up KYC details change form

Step 4: Submit KYC Details Change form along with necessary documents

Step 5: Take the acknowledgement of your request of change of registered mobile number. The bank executive will verify your form, signature and other details. If he finds the form complete in all respect, he will give you an acknowledgement of your request.

Step 6: Processing of your request of changing registered mobile number. After due validation, the bank will change your registered Mobile Number in your account and in the bank records.

Step 7: Verify with the bank of change in your registered Mobile Number

You will be sent a notification by Yes Bank either through SMS on your new mobile number or email about changing your registered Mobile Number in your account within a few hours. In case, you do not receive any intimation, you may contact your branch and confirm if the changes are processed.
