If you are shifting to a new home, you would be required to change your address in multiple places and that includes your credit card. You must update your address with your credit card issuing bank within six months of residence change.

You need to visit the nearest Punjab National bank branch along with documents related to the new address and make a request for an address update.
You will be required to submit a ‘Letter of request’ and the address proof documents at the branch. Once verified, the new address will be updated on your credit card.
