Allahabad Bank Credit Card Grievance Redressal

Customer Service: The bank has a customer service dedicated to grievance redressal which is monitored and headed by the General Manager. The Grievance Redressal Cell’s general manager also acts as the Principal Nodal Officer for the bank.

Customer Redressal Cell: In order to address customer grievances, a Customer Redressal Cell has been set up at the head office of the bank. The General Manager of this bank is also the Principal Nodal Officer.

Online grievance redressal system: Allahabad Bank has also developed its own software for grievance redressal. Under the section of ‘Grievance Redressal’, under ‘Contact Us’, there is a link which has been provided to record grievances. Once you enter the information, it is recorded within the bank servers and is trackable. Through the tracking procedure, a customer can receive responses as well.

Internal Ombudsman (IO): An Internal Ombudsman ensures a fast and transparent redressal of complaints lodged by customers. In the event where a complaint has been rejected or only a partial resolution has been provided to the customer, the Principal Nodal Officer will escalate the issue to the Internal Ombudsman for the final decision.
