9. Scheme for Modernisation, Upgradation, Expansion and Diversification of Existing Manufacturing Units/Hotel
To offer financial support to existing enterprises to upgrade, modernise, expand, and diversify their business units.

To fulfill the urgent credit needs of the existing customers of the corporation.
11. Receivable Finance Scheme
To reduce the cash flow burden of MSME units through the discounting of bills for a maximum period of 180 days.
12. Liberalised Scheme for Financing up to Rs 100 lakhs to Units under KSEDM
To fund the scaling/expansion of enterprises established under KSEDM to fulfil their requirements for marketing, purchase of fixed assets, and other tangible and intangible expenses.

To extend financial assistance to startups.
14. Scheme for Financing Working Capital Requirements of Start-ups for Executing Purchase Orders
To fund startups to execute purchase orders from reputed firms.
15. Scheme for Funding Venture Debt for IT Hardware & Software Enterprises
To fund enterprises in the IT and Software sector.
16. NDPREM Scheme (Norka Department Project for Rehabilitation of Return Emigrants)
To offer credit based on the need of beneficiaries to establish and operate any activity related to manufacturing/service that falls under MSME.
Besides the above-given schemes, KFC also extends special scheme to the women entrepreneurs in Kerala.
