In the unlikely event that your query or complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily by the customer care, customers can get in touch with the bank’s Grievance Redressal Officer via email, call, or mail. Customers can send emails regarding the complaint from the HDFC bank website itself by filling up a form. They may also dial into the Call Centre at 1800 22 4060 (toll free from MTNL or BSNL landline). Calls can be made from Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 8 PM and on Saturday & Sunday from 8AM to 4PM.
