You can get instant personal loans with SBI Pre-Approved Personal Loans. Use the YONO app to avail this loan at the comfort of your home. The service is available 24*7. However, note that only the bank can determine who all are eligible for this loan. To check your eligibility, you can SMS “PAPL<space><last 4 digits of Account No.>” to 567676. The interest rate starts from 12.63% p.a.

If you do not have the time to send an SMS or make a call to the bank, worry not. You can always register a complaint online. All you need to do is provide the required details such as the type of customer you are, the complaint category, and the nature of the complaint. Once you fill in those details, hit submit. You will receive a complaint number once it has been successfully submitted. You can use this number to track the status of your complaint.

SBI Personal Loan offline complaint form
If you decide to visit the branch and register your complaint, you will have to fill out a form. The form is available for download on the bank’s website. You can print it, provide the required details and submit it to a bank official.
Step 1: Contact the respective branch manager, send an email, call the toll-free numbers, or send an SMS to the bank to file your complaint.
Step 2: If your concern hasn’t been addressed within 10 days from the date of the complaint was registered or you are not satisfied with the solution presented, you can contact the network nodal officer. Their numbers have been provided city-wise in a table above.
Alternatively, you can write to the chairman of State Bank of India.
Step 3: If 30 days into the registration of your complaint, it has still not been resolved or you are not satisfied with the solution provided, contact the Banking Ombudsman. Make sure you contact the ombudsman whose jurisdiction falls within that of the branch you are banking with.
As you can see, there are multiple ways by which you can contact SBI’s customer care officials to have your concerns addressed. The complaint and redressal process are not only simple, but it also provides you with additional steps you can take if the complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily.

Yes, you can always visit the bank branch and speak to the Branch Manager regarding any grievance or suggestion you may have. The Branch Manager will be available from the 15th to the 25th of every month from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If an unauthorized transaction has been carried out through your account, you should immediately raise a complaint. You can easily raise a complaint through the bank’s online portal by filling in a simple form.
You can download the appreciation/compliments form from SBI’s official website, fill it up, and hand it over at the nearest bank branch.
You can visit SBI’s website to locate the nearest SBI ATM. You will be given options to view regular ATMs, talking ATMs, and metro ATMs. You can select your state, city, and whether you are looking for an SBI ATM or SBI Associate ATM. The details of the ATMs in your area will then be displayed.
To activate your unclaimed deposit account, you can submit a duly-filled claim form along with details of the account, photographs, ID proof, and address proof.
Even legal heirs can claim unclaimed deposits. Legal heirs will also have to submit a claim form along with the passbook/receipts of the deposit, ID proofs of the claimant, and a copy of the death certificate of the account holder.
