You can visit the portal and create a user ID and password for logging in to your profile under the ‘Retail Loan Customer’ tab. To validate your details, you would be required to register your loan account number on the portal. Once you start the registration process, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile phone number. Enter the OTP to validate the account and create the user ID and password. You can use the user ID and password to log in to your profile and check the details of your loan.
