How to Fill the Hajj Online Application Form

Follow the steps mentioned below to submit application for Haj:

Step 1: Visit the official website of hajcommittee.gov.in 

Step 2: Click on "HAJ FORM" and choose "Apply'. 

Step 3: Click on "HAJ FORM" and choose "Apply'. 

Step 4: Fill in the required details like name, mobile number, etc. 

Step 5: Click on 'Submit'. 

Step 6: Your registered mobile number will receive an OTP generated by the system. After inputting the OTP number, activate your user ID by clicking the "SUBMIT" button. After registration is successful, a confirmation message will show up on the screen. 

Step 7: Enter the registered mobile number and password to sign-in. 

Step 8: Fill in the application form. 

Step 9: Upload documents. 

Step 10: Make a fee payment. 

Step 11: A unique system generated Group ID will be displayed indicating the successful completion of application form.

Documents Required to Submit a Hajj Application

The following documents are required to submit Haj application form:

• Aadhar card: All the Haj applicants are advised to have a valid Aadhar card. However, it is not mandatory.
• Passport: Having a passport is essential for international travel. Because of this, all applicants for the Haj must have a current, machine-readable Indian passport.
• Bank account: All the pilgrims are required to have a functional bank account so that refund can be credited directly into the bank accounts.
• Mobile number: Every pilgrim must have a working cell phone number for authorities to contact them if needed.
