The following are the steps to apply for Saudi Arabia visa: 

Online: 

1. Visit the official website of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia MOFA 
2. Create an account for apply for visa 
3. Select the visa type out of 16 total visas available on the website 
4. Fill in the form mentioning the details 
5. Pay the fees online 
6. Download the form and take a printout 
7. Attach all the relevant documents and submit along with the form to the nearest Saudi Arabian Embassy office 

Offline: 

1. Collect the form from: 
2. Consulate of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Mumbai city 
3. Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Delhi 
4. Read the filling instructions and fill in the form 
5. Attach the relevant documents 
6. Submit the form and the visa fees to the Saudi Arabia embassy

Once the application is submitted, it will be reviewed to determine the approval/rejection based on the eligibility criteria and the details/documents provided by the applicants.

Note:

If approved, visa holders should not overstay the duration mentioned on the visa. A business visa does not allow the visa holders to work or reside in Saudi Arabia. Visitors are also required to abide by the country's Islamic laws and regulations and respect its society's traditions and values.
