In order to apply for a visa to Saudi Arabia, applicants are required to get in touch with registered agents. Applicants can visit http://embassies.mofa.gov.sa/to obtain the list of Licensed Agencies.

The following are the steps to apply for Saudi Arabia visa: 

Online: 

  1. Visit the official website of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia MOFA 
  2. Create an account for apply for visa 
  3. Select the visa type out of 16 total visas available on the website 
  4. Fill in the form mentioning the details 
  5. Pay the fees online 
  6. Download the form and take a printout 
  7. Attach all the relevant documents and submit along with the form to the nearest Saudi Arabian Embassy office 

Offline: 

  1. Collect the form from:

Saudi Arabia Introduces Grace Period for Expired Visit Visa Holders

Saudi Arabia revises rules for expired visit visa holders by introducing a new grace period of 30 days. The new rule takes effect on 26 July 2025. According to the rule, visitors with expired visas can stay in the country for 30 days without any penalties. During this 30-day window, visitors are required to apply for a visa extension via Tawasul on Absher, the Ministry of Interior’s digital platform. A fee must be paid to apply for the extension. Failure to apply within the grace period can result in more fines and legal consequences. The new rule is applicable to all types of visit visas.
