This initiative aims to enhance tourism ties with India, a key and expanding market for international visitors. The e-visa system simplifies the application process, allowing individual travellers to apply online with minimal documentation and quick processing. Integrated with Israel's Entry Travel Authorisation (ETA), it ensures secure and hassle-free entry. Group visa applications will continue via existing channels.

Applicants must meet specific requirements, including a valid passport, recent passport photo, round-trip flight reservations, proof of accommodation (hotel booking or host invitation), travel health insurance, and evidence of financial means. The visa fee is NIS 100 (approximately Rs. 2,367), with a processing time of 10 days.
