It has been almost ten years since i am using this Savings account where i am quite satisfied with the services which they had provided so far. They had not been making any sort of additional charges so far. Their customer support and their staffs had been helpful at times as well.
I am using this Savings account for the past five years and there has not been any issues faced with their banking services. There has not been any hassle faced to contact their customer support team, there has been some nominal charges which they had been making. The internet banking system of them has also been user friendly.
I am using the canara bank savings account for 9 years. I have gone to their branch and the response was fine. Internet banking facility is good and i haven't use their mobile app. I have to maintain a minimum balance of Rs. 1000. Sometimes I'm facing a server down issue in their Internet banking.
It was quite a good experience with this home loan, the interest rate with them was a little high initially but it has been reduced afterwards. There has not been any hidden charges which they had made and the processing fee has been very nominal. Their customer support has been excellent in guiding in everything.
I have a Joint Account in Canara Bank which is combined with My Mother and its a Rural Bank which is located near to my house. Am very much comfortable with them and transactions are done quickly. The staffs are very responsible. I have no idea about the charges. I use a domestic debit card.
It has been more than ten years since i am using this Savings account and the services which they had provided so far was quite good. There has been some charges which they make like annual maintenance charges and other small charges. Their staffs had been helpful at times and the internet banking of them is quite good as well.
In Canara bank PPF account interest rate is around 8% it has locking period of 15 years, after 10 years I can withdraw 40% of amount for remaining amount interest will be calculated. As per my experience canara bank is not right choice for the ppf account. I would like to transfer it.
I am getting very much dissatisfied service with Canara. If I ask any information regarding PPF or any other queries they never give the proper solution, its not way to deal with the customer. The branch manager also was not polite, they directly tell the customer to close the account.
I closed the Canara bank saving account, they don't give proper service to the customer and they were rude to the customer they wont talk in the polite manner. Hence I closed the bank account. I am not happy with Canara bank on the service. I have two account hence I closed it.

I've salary account with the CANARA Bank. The always follow up in time and I never faced any hassle with their services. Their Mobile application is better and the Customer service response are very good. The ATM i can find near by my location , i do not have to search much .
