Documents Required to Apply for a Mexico Visa
- Your passport that has a 6-months validity. It should have 3 blank pages (minimum).
- All old passports that you have owned.
- 2 recent colour photographs.
- The filled visa application forms.
- Cover letter which details the reason for travel.
- Bank statement which has been updated and stamped by the bank (last 3 months).
- Air tickets: tickets for entering the country and a return ticket.
- Hotel reservation document.

Employed Person:
- Your Leave Sanctioned Certificate with the company seal.
- Your salary slips for the last 3 months.
Self-employed person:
- Bank statement of the company which has been updated and stamped by the bank (last 6 month)
- Business Registration Licence/Partnership deed/ MOA
- Income Tax Returns of the company for the last 3 years.
Retired Person:
- Pension book
- Bank statement
Student
- Your ID card of the school/college/institute.
Minor
- Legalized Letter of Consent (NOC)
- Your Birth Certificate which shows the names of your parents
- If you are travelling alone or without parents, you need a notarised letter of consent from your parents.
- If you are travelling with only one parent, there should be a letter of consent which authorises this travel by the other parent.
- ID proof of the parents
- If one or both of your parents are deceased, you need a Death Certificate.
Visiting a friend/relative
- ID Proof of the person who has invited you: Passport or resident permit.
- The invitation letter which states the relationship with the person who has invited you and the purpose of the visit.
- Address proof of person who has invited you.
Sponsored Person
- ID Proof of inviter
- The Sponsorship Letter. This should contain the name of the visitors, the purpose of the visit, relationship with the visitors, dates of travel, and length of stay.

Recommendation Letter From Employer or Employer Recommendation Letter
- Any one of the Chambers of Commerce and Industries, Government of India

Company Registration Certificate (India)
- Income tax documents (last 3 years)
- Letter from the company which is addressed to the embassy. It should introduce the businessman for the visa issuance
- Invitation letter from the local partner
- Copy of the licence of the local partner.
