    • Education institutions to remain closed tomorrow in Kerala

      The educational institutions will remain closed on Wednesday, 17 October 2018, on account of Durga Puja as per the notification issued by the State Government of Kerala. Mahanavami Pooja shall be observed on Wednesday and Thursday as far as this year is concerned. According to the government order, the extra holiday has to be compensated by scheduling classes on an extra day afterwards. All the examinations of Kerala University have been deferred because of the prolonged holidays in the state. The school parliament election has also been postponed from 17 October 2018 to 22 October 2018.
