Step 2: If you choose the 'Quick Search' option, you have to enter your mobile number/distributor name and consumer number.

Step 3: If you choose the 'Normal Search' option, you need to select your state, district, and Indane distributor.

Step 4: You then have to enter your consumer number and click on the Captcha.

Step 5: Click on the 'Proceed' button to view your 17-digit LPG ID.

The Pradhan Mantri LPG Panchayat initiative supports the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana by providing LPG connections in rural regions that have been depending on conventional fuel for domestic use. The LPG Panchayat scheme aims to educate LPG consumers on the correct way to use clean fuel. It serves as a forum for individuals to share their own experiences on the advantages of using clean fuel over traditional fuels such as wood, charcoal, cow dung, etc.

The scheme also intends to engage with Ujjwala Yojana beneficiaries in order to resolve concerns and incorrect traditional ideas among individuals through NGOs, social workers, and more. Under the Pradhan Mantri LPG Panchayat scheme, one lakh LPG Panchayats will be set up throughout the country to address the issue of safe LPG usage and also spread awareness about its health and environmental benefits.
