HP Complaint Management System
Given the fact that HP is one of the largest distributors of LPG in the country, there are bound to be instances wherein customers face inconveniences. A Complaint Management System has been put in place to handle any such issues, with a dedicated portal set up for LPG related complaints. One can register a complaint regarding the services/products provided by a dealer, issues of overcharging, failure to deliver gas, etc.
One can use the HP Gas Complaint Management Systemto register a complaint, with them expected to provide a few basic details like their connection number, LPG ID, location, distributor information, etc.
HP Public Grievance Redressal System
Following its objective to provide great quality customer service, HP has also established a dedicated Public Grievance Redressal System, which caters to any complaints/grievances of the general public. Individuals who have any issues can meet the officers of HP at the regional offices between 4 and 5 pm every Friday.
