About CNG 

CNG is an automotive fuel that can be used instead of diesel and petrol. The volume that is occupied by CNG in the fuel tank is lesser when compared to other fuels as the compression of natural gas is done under pressure. 

Some of the main advantages of using CNG are pollution is reduced as carbon emissions are low, it is a safe fuel, the operational costs are low, petrol can also be used in CNG-powered vehicles, and lubricating oils last longer. When compared to diesel and petrol, CNG is cheaper.
