Process to Transfer the HP Gas Connection

To Another City

The procedure to transfer your HP gas connection to another city is mentioned below:

1. Contact the HP gas distributor and provide the transfer form, pressure regulator, LPG cylinder, DGCC booklet, and Subscription Voucher (SV).
2. Next, the Termination Voucher (TV) will be provided.
3. The pressure regulator and the security deposit will be given back as well.
4. Once you have shifted to the new city, you can contact the new distributor and submit the DGCC booklet and TV.
5. A new SV will be provided by the distributor. Once you complete the registration process, a new pressure regulator and LPG cylinder will be provided. The security deposit must be paid as well.

In Same City

The procedure to transfer your HP gas connection in the same city is mentioned below:

1. Submit the transfer form, SV, and give the consumer number to the distributor.
2. Update the KYC and address.
3. The e-CTA will be provided by the distributor. This is valid for three months.
4. Once the residence has been shifted, submit the e-CTA. A new SV will be provided by the distributor.

1. Visit the official website of the gas distributor and download the application form.
2. Submit the application form and submit it at the nearest distributor's office to complete the process.
