You can pay the gas bill by visiting the official website of Gujarat Gas. Click on ‘Bill Payment Options’ once on the website. However, only domestic customers will be able to use one of the below-mentioned methods. The various methods to pay the Gujarat Gas bill are mentioned below:

  • NEFT/RTGS through eCMS: Electronic payments can be made via your bank account by using the eCMS facility. You will need to enter your city or area to get the bank details of Gujarat Gas.
  • Online Payment: You will be able to make payments online as well. You can make the payment via Bharat Billpay, Bill Desk, or Paytm. You will need to enter your Customer ID to view the bill amount. You can proceed with the payment and choose a payment mode. A receipt will be made available and you can take a printout of it.
  • Drop Box: Bills can be paid by dropping a cheque at a drop box present in a Gujarat Gas office. The cheque cannot be post-dated and must be made in favour of ‘Gujarat Gas Limited’. On the back of the cheque, you must mention the customer ID, name, and mobile number.
  • Bill Collection Centres: The bill can be paid by cash or cheque at an authorised bill collection centre. The cheque cannot be post-dated and must be made in favour of ‘Gujarat Gas Limited’. On the back of the cheque, you must mention the customer ID, name, and mobile number.
  • Department of Post: Gujarat Gas has linked up with the Department of Post (DoP) so that you can pay the bill via cheque or cash at one of the designated post offices.
  • E-Gram Centres: PNG bills can be paid at one of the authorised e-Gram centres.

Industrial, commercial, and non-commercial customers must contact the customer care or the local office to get details for making electronic payments.

The pre-registration form can be filled online in case you wish to receive a Piped Natural Gas (PNG) connection for domestic, industrial, and commercial/non-commercial purposes. The step-by-step procedure to complete the pre-registration process is mentioned below:

  • Click on ‘Submit’ once the above-mentioned details have been entered.

Commercial & Non-Commercial Consumption

  • You will need to enter various details such as the name of the establishment, type of business, fuel that is presently used, amount of fuel that is presently consumed, establishment address, location, district, amount of gas that may be consumed, salutation, name of the person to contact, contact number, email ID, and captcha.
  • Click on ‘Submit’ once the above-mentioned details have been entered.

    The largest city gas distribution firm in India, Gujarat Gas (GGL), has got its A1 plus and AA status reaffirmed by CARE Ratings for its short-term and long-term bank facilities. The company has a strong customer base in the industrial, commercial, and residential categories. The strength of ratings is founded on GGL’s leadership in city gas distribution, diversified customer segment that is moderate, large in operational scale, strong liquidity balanced by healthy cash accruals, as well as a highly efficient management of capital. The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board’s 10th bidding round for city gas distribution, GCL won the bid for 17 cities set across 6 geographical areas spread across the states of Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh. The company has a customer base of 3540 industrial customers, 13.55 lakh households, and 2 lakh CNG vehicles every day. It has 344 CNG stations with a gas pipeline network of 23,200 km.
