Features of IDBI Women’s Debit Card
Access to ATMs
You will have access to ATMs to carry out cash withdrawals, balance enquiries and much more. The cash withdrawal limit is capped at Rs.40,000 per day. ATM usage is free at any IDBI ATM or ATMs in the shared network in India. There are over 1,630 IDBI ATMs and more than 1 lakh ATMs in the shared ATM network in India.
The card can be used to carry out transactions at POS (point of sale) outlets that include merchants and retailers. The spending limit for POS transactions is capped at Rs.40,000 per day. More than 5.5 lakh merchant establishments accept the IDBI debit card in India.
The card is enable for shopping online, booking flights and train tickets, and paying utility bills. The transactions are carried out via Verified by Visa.
This card is valid around the world. Wherever you may go, you can take your IDBI Women’s card with you. There are more than 1.8 million ATMs around the world that accept the IDBI Women’s Visa Debit Card. You can also use your card at more than 29 million merchant establishments worldwide.
The card has a validity period of 5 years. The expiry date will be marked on the front side of the card.
Enjoy insurance cover of up to Rs.1 lakh against counterfeit cards and lost cards. To be eligible for this insurance cover there should be at least 2 purchase transactions carried out with the card in the last 3 months preceding the date of the event.

How to apply for the IDBI Women’s Debit Card
To apply for this debit card, you first need to open an account with IDBI.
- Procure a form from IDBI and fill it in.
- In the application form, you can opt for this debit card.
- Upon submitting the duly-filled in application form along with the required documents, IDBI will open your bank account.
- The IDBI Women’s Debit Card will be issued to you.

How do I know what discounts I can get with my IDBI Women’s Debit Card?

Can I link multiple bank accounts to my debit card?
Yes, you can link up to 4 accounts to your debit card.
What should I do if my debit card has been stolen?
In case your card has been stolen or lost, you need to inform IDBI immediately. Once you have informed the bank, you will be protected from any fraudulent charges made on the card. To report the card, call on these numbers:

If you are overseas, you can call 022-6693700 to repost the loss of card. You can also contact the Visa/MasterCard Global Emergency Helpline. The numbers are available on the respective website.
You are advised to submit a written report to IDBI about the loss of the card by mail or fax. You need to report the loss or theft to the nearest police authorities. Obtain an FIR and submit the same to the bank.
What modes of payment are available for debit card payments?
When you make a purchase or withdrawal with your debit card, the transaction amount is automatically debited from your linked bank account. There is no other mode of payment available.
Can I pay my utility bills online with my IDBI Women’s Debit Card?
Yes, you can pay utility bills from the comfort of your home, office or any other place. You can use the IDBI portal, bill payment portals like Bangalore One, or the official utility website to make the payments with your IDBI Women’s Debit Card.
