Know Your Customer (KYC) form duly filled up along with proof of identity and address. In case of a change of address, proof of the current address is to be attached along with the KYC form.

Please note- in case of multiple de-activations for the same account, the connection will not be re-activated and the distributor will ask the consumer to disconnect the connection.

Procedure for Reactivating Indane Gas LPG Connection

1. Visit Indane Official Website.
2. Click on 'How do I' on the left side of the screen
3. Choose the sixth option that says 'How Do I reactivate my connection?'
4. Submit completed re-activation form to the distributor with the following details-
5. Name of distributor
6. Consumer number
7. Complete name of the Consumer
8. Reason for not availing refills for more than six month
9. Your signature
10. Provide completed KYC form, if you haven't done it already

Based on your re-activation application, the distributor will verify your details for the re-activation. This also enables the distributor to avoid giving out multiple connections to the same individual. If your application is found to invalid, you will be asked to surrender your connection.
