- You can download the form and duly fill it in and submit it at the nearest gas provider's office along with all the necessary documents. If you choose the online method, you will be directed to the official website of the gas provider where you can log in and give up your subsidy. The SMS option will give you the format and the number to which you need to send the message, while you can download the app of the gas provider concerned to give up your subsidy.
