LPG Gas Price in Haryana

Procedure to Surrender HP, Indane and Bharat Gas Connection

If you are changing your residence or relocating to another city, you will have to surrender your LPG gas connection.

Surrender Indane gas connection: To surrender your Indane gas connection, you will have to log in to Indane's customer portal. After logging in, you will be directed through the process of surrendering your Indane gas connection.

Surrender HP gas connection: If you want to surrender your HP gas connection, you need to place a request online. For this, you must first log in to the online portal of HP gas. After registering your request, you have to submit the pressure regulator as well as the LPG cylinder to your distributor.

Surrender Bharat gas connection: If you have a Bharat gas connection, you can surrender it easily by placing a request online. You can place your surrender request by logging in to the customer portal of Bharat gas. Once you have registered your request, you will have to give the pressure regulator and the LPG cylinder to your distributor.

LPG Gas Connection Transfer

The steps to transfer your LPG gas connection are mentioned below:

Step 1: Go to your local gas distributor.

Step 2: Submit the request letter in addition to the required documents.

Step 3: Submit the gas connection voucher, gas regulator, and transfer letter to your distributor.

Step 4: You will have to hand over the safety regulator and the LPG cylinder in case you are relocating to a different city.

Step 5: You will receive reimbursement for the safety regulator and the LPG cylinder.

Step 6: You will receive a gas transfer voucher.

Step 7: Go to the agency where you wish to transfer your LPG connection.

Step 8: Submit your gas transfer voucher along with identity proof and address proof to the new gas agency.

Step 9: Pay the required transfer fee.

Step 10: On submission of the documents, your LPG connection transfer will be authenticated. A new gas connection voucher with your current address mentioned on it will be issued to you.

How to Avail Gas Connection under PMUY

The 'Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana' (PMUY) was launched by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MOPNG) in May 2016. This scheme was introduced to provide LPG connections to rural households that previously used cow-dung cakes, firewood, coal, etc. These traditional cooking fuels have an adverse impact on both rural women's health and the environment.

To avail gas connection under PMUY, follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Download the application form from www.pmuy.gov.in or visit the distributor of your choice to collect it.

Step 2: Fill in the form with the required details and submit it to the distributor's office.

Step 3: Following the verification of documentation and eligibility, you will be issued an LPG connection.
