Assam Gas Services and Online Booking Information

You will have to pay a fee at the time of collecting the application form. Depending on the type of connection, different enclosures will need to be submitted. The different enclosures that must be submitted for domestic, commercial, and industrial connections are mentioned below:

Domestic Purposes 

1. In the case of a municipal area, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Municipality Board must be submitted. 

1. A declaration form stating that the LPG equipment will be in safe custody must be submitted. The declaration form can be downloaded from the official website of Assam Gas. 

Commercial Purposes 

1. Land ownership document in the name of the applicant. 

1. A Municipality Board provided NOC in case the connection is needed in a municipal area.

Industrial Purposes 

1. A NOC that is provided by the Tea Board of India for the installation of the connection in the tea factory.

Assam Gas - Online Registration

The step-by-step procedure to register online is mentioned below:

1. Visit the official website of Assam Gas Company Ltd. 
2. Click on 'Customer Login', which can be found at the bottom of the page.
3. On the next page, you must enter your customer number, email ID, and mobile number. You must also enter the new password twice.
4. Click on 'Register'.
5. On the next page, you must verify your mobile number.
6. Next, you can add consumers to the account.
7. On the next page, you can access various details of your account.

How to Login?

To log into the customer portal, follow the steps given below:

1. Visit the official website of Assam Gas
2. On the homepage, on the bottom pane, click on 'Customer login'
3. On the next page, log in using your registered mobile number or email and password.
4. Click on ''Login'' and you will be directed to the customer portal.

Documents Required

Depending on the type of connection, the list of documents that must be submitted will vary. Given below is the list of mandatory documents that must be submitted when applying for a new gas connection:

Address Proof: Any of the below-mentioned documents can be submitted as proof of address:

Bill Payment Options - Assam Gas

The three different methods by which the bill can be paid are mentioned below:

Online Payment

In case of domestic gas connections, the bills can be paid on the official website of Assam Gas. The step-by-step procedure to pay the bill online is mentioned below: 

Visit the official website of Assam Gas. 

1. Click on 'Pay your Bill online'. 

1. On the next page, enter your email ID/mobile number and password. Click on 'Login'. 

1. In the case of a new user, registration must be completed before the bill can be paid. 

1. Under the 'View and Pay Bills' section, you will be able to pay the bill. 

Card Payment

Payment of bills can be done via Debit card/Credit cards. You can visit the Assam Gas Company Ltd. branch along with your bill to make the payment. The list of branches can be found on the official website of Assam Gas. 

Pay at Bank

Domestic customers can make their bill payments at a bank as well. 

Industrial Purposes

The below-mentioned documents must be submitted in case the connection is required for industrial purposes:

1. Factory License
2. NOC provided by the Pollution Control Board.
3. Clearance provided by the Goan Panchayat or Municipality.
4. Partnership deed or Memorandum and Article of Association.
5. A detailed description of the piping installation network showing trough connection, Dryer, IPRS, etc.
6. Loan sanction letter provided by the APDCL.
7. Land lease document (if any).
8. Last three years balance sheet.
9. The IPRS that is provided must follow the guidelines of PNGRB.
