  1. Platinum Debit Card: Rs.75,000 withdrawal; Rs.300,000 purchase, plus domestic lounge access and e-commerce vouchers.

Contactless Payments 

Cards featuring the contactless (NFC) symbol allow quick tap-to-pay up to Rs.5,000 without a PIN – both safe and fast.  

ATM & POS Usage 

All cards work across J&K ATMs, the MasterCard/Visa/RuPay networks, and NFS ATMs nationally and internationally. J&K ATMs impose a Rs.40,000 daily limit, with higher limits on Platinum and World cards.  

Bank & Third-Party ATM Charges 

Customers are entitled to five free ATM transactions per month across all banks. After that, withdrawals from J&K Bank ATMs are charged at Rs.21 + GST, while withdrawals from other banks’ ATMs also cost Rs.21. Balance enquiries at other bank ATMs are charged Rs.11 + GST. For international usage, ATM withdrawals are charged Rs.125 + GST, and non-financial transactions abroad incur a fee of Rs.25 + GST. 

Annual & Renewal Fees 

The World Debit Card carries a quarterly fee of Rs.150, the Platinum Card Rs.100, and the standard personalised card Rs.45, with a renewal fee of Rs.100 for all variants.  

Fee exemptions are available for certain account types such as Platinum/Gold current accounts, student accounts, PMJDY, Mudra and Kisan cards, as well as select employee categories. 

Safety & Liability 

All J&K Bank debit cards are chip-and-PIN enabled for enhanced security. If your card is lost or stolen, you are liable for any unauthorised transactions made before the card is reported and blocked (hot listed). It is strongly advised to change your PIN immediately at a J&K Bank ATM if you suspect it has been compromised. 

Replacement & Duplicate Charges 

In case you need a duplicate PIN, a charge of Rs.50 applies. Lost card replacement fees vary by card type: Rs.500 for World, Rs.300 for Platinum, Rs.200 for standard personalised cards, and Rs.100 for instant cards.

You can apply for a J&K Bank debit card through three simple methods: 

  1. Mobile App (MPay Delight+): Log in, go to Services > Debit Card > Apply, and follow the on-screen instructions. 
  1. Internet Banking: Log in to J&K Bank’s net banking, select Debit Card Services, and submit your application. 
  1. Branch Visit: Visit your home branch, fill out the debit card application form, and submit it with valid ID proof.
