To link the Aadhaar number to a UCO Bank account using the banks Internet banking facility, the following steps need to be followed
Step 1: Login to the net banking account.
Step 2: Select the 'Request' tab.
Step 3: Next, click on 'Linking of Aadhaar Number.'
Step 4: Provide the 12-digit Aadhaar number.
Step 5: Accept the terms and conditions and click 'Submit.'
Step 6: Acknowledgment receipt is displayed on the screen.
UCO Bank customers can also link their Aadhaar number with their bank account using the SMS facility by following the below mentioned steps.
Following the below mentioned steps will help an individual in linking his/her Aadhaar number to the UCO Bank account through an ATM
Step 1: Swipe the debit card at any UCO bank ATM.
Step 2: Authenticate the card with the PIN.
Step 3: Select 'Other Services' among all the options displayed on the screen.
Step 4: Next, select 'Aadhaar Seeding'.
Step 5: Provide the 12-digit Aadhaar Number.
Step 6: Accept the terms.
Step 7: Next, click on 'Submit'.
Step 8: Following this, the acknowledgement slip of the seeding request is printed.
To link Aadhaar number using the OTP based e-KYC, one needs to do the following:
Step 1: Visit the official website of UCO bank.
Step 2: Click on 'Aadhaar Card Linkage.'
Step 3: Select 'OTP based eKYC for Customers.'
Step 4: Provide the account number, mobile number and Aadhaar number.
Step 5:Provide the captcha code.
Step 6: Click 'Submit.'
The Aadhaar number can also be linked to a UCO bank account by visiting any branch of UCO bank. However, for carrying out the linking process the account holder needs to have the copies of Aadhaar card and bank account passbook with him/her.
