The Bank of Maharashtra has allowed its customers to connect their bank account with their Aadhaar through their ATMs. Follow the steps given below to link your bank account with your Aadhaar through Bank of Maharashtra ATMs:
Step 1: You will have to swipe your debit/ATM card in the machine and enter your ATM pin.
Step 2: Select the option 'Services' from the available menu.
Step 3: Choose the 'Aadhaar Seeding' option.
Step 4: Fill in your 12-digit Aadhaar number twice
Step 5: Click on the confirm button.
Step 6: You will get a successful request receipt.
It would take a few working days for your Aadhaar card to get linked with your bank account. You will also receive a confirmation SMS on your registered mobile number once your Aadhaar card is successfully linked.
Follow the steps given below to link your bank account with your Aadhaar through Bank of Maharashtra net banking facility:
Step 1: Visit the net banking page of Bank of Maharashtra.
Step 2: Login to your account using your User ID and password.
Step 3: Select the 'Requests' option present on the screen.
Step 4: Choose the 'Aadhaar Seeding' option.
Step 4: Fill in your 12-digit Aadhaar number twice.
Step 5: Submit the request by clicking on the 'Submit' button.
Once your application is sent, it may take you up to 48 hours to get your bank account linked to Aadhaar. You will also receive a confirmation SMS on your registered mobile number once your Aadhaar card is successfully linked.

If you are a customer of the Bank of Maharashtra, you can also link your bank accounts with Aadhaar through SMS. You have to type SEED<Aadhaar number><Bank account number> and send the message to 9223181818 from the mobile number registered with the bank.
For example, if your Aadhaar number is 967354334098 and the bank account number is 423486782012345, then type the message in the format SEED967354334098
423486782012345 and send the message to the number mentioned above.
Do note that you can avail yourself of this facility only if your mobile number is registered with the Bank of Maharashtra.
The Bank of Maharashtra offers Aadhaar linking services through its mobile banking app, called the Mahamobile App.
