Documents Required For Vehicle Registration in Bhubaneshwar

The RTO will check if the vehicle is fit to be used and will issue a new registration certificate. The following documents are needed for the purpose.

Process To Get Duplicate Vehicle Registration Certificate

In a situation when the vehicle owner has lost their original registration certificate, they can make an application in Form 26 for the issue of duplicate registration certificate. The documents mentioned below are to be submitted along with the application.

Recording or Cancellation of Hypothecation

For vehicles purchased on loan, hypothecation is an important process. The same should be recorded in the Registration Certificate. Also, when the loan is fully paid off by the vehicle owner, the hypothecation should be cancelled in the RC.

1. For entering hypothecation in the Registration Certificate, an application can be made in Form 34
2. To remove hypothecation from the RC, an application can be made in Form 35
