• On your phone, open contacts and save the new contact +91-9013151515 as “MyGov Helpdesk”
• Open WhatsApp and send ‘Hi’ to “MyGov Helpdesk”
• Chatbot will provide you with some options, and you have to select “DigiLocker Services”
• To continue, confirm whether you already have a DigiLocker account. In case you do not have an account, then create by using the DigiLocker website or app.
• For authentication, fill in your 12-digit Aadhaar number, and you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number
• Enter that OTP in the chat, and the chatbot will show the list of documents that are available in your DigiLocker.
• Select Aadhaar by typing in the required number, and your Aadhaar card will be sent to you in PDF format in a password-protected manner directly in your WhatsApp chat.
