How the SMS Banking works?

  1. The customer will have to first have his/her mobile number registered with the bank.
  2. No log in or PIN required.
  3. Once on the app, the customer will have to send an SMS with the keyword. The app will then send a message to Kotak Mahindra Bank and fetch the required details.
  4. Standard SMS charges are applicable.

1. Internet Banking - Kotak Mahindra Bank account holders get access to internet banking services to take advantage of digital transactions. Customers must use the credentials issued by the bank to log into the Kotak Mahindra Bank Net Banking platform. Customers can simply check their account balances, submit service requests, send money online, and apply for credit cards and other banking-related services through internet banking.

  1. Kotak Bharat Banking - This bank-provided software has a wide range of functionality. After the app is downloaded and activated, users must send an SMS from their registered mobile number to 9971056767. You may do 36 different operations, including fund transfers, mobile/DTH recharges, and checking your Kotak Bank balance.
