Indus Mobile SMS: You can do almost everything using IndusInd Bank’s SMS Banking service. All you have to do is link your phone number with your bank account. You can always keep track of your account by using IndusInd SMS banking service. You can send keywords like Bal, Mini, and Recharge to 9212299955 and get your account balance information, transaction history or recharge your phone. Missed Call Banking:You can check your account balance or apply for products offered by IndusInd by simply giving a missed call. To check your account balance, give a missed call from your registered phone number to 18002741000. Give a missed call to 18005323344 if you wish to apply for a bank loan you can give a missed call to 18008336677 if you wish to apply for any other products offered by IndusInd.

Indus Mobile USSD: You can get your account details by dialing *99*69# from your registered phone number under the Indus Mobile USSD.

Indus-mobile app: Download the Indus-mobile app to transfer money, recharge your mobile, check your account balance or recharge your DTH account.

Indus Alerts: You now have instant access to your credit card if you activate Indus alerts. Using this option, you can check the minimum due amount, available credit limit and your last bill statement.

How to Register for IndusInd Bank Mobile Banking Facility

You can register for IndusInd bank’s mobile banking service through any of the following modes:

  • Through mobile banking app: Download the mobile banking app from the app store and use your debit/credit card details to authenticate the account. Alternatively, you can also use your net banking credentials to activate the service.
  • Through IndusInd Bank ATM: Visit your nearest ATM and insert your debit card. Select the mobile banking registration option from the menu and enter your phone number. An SMS will be sent your number for verification. Once the number and all other details are verified and can use IndusInd bank’s mobile banking services.
  • Through the call centre: You can also reach out to IndusInd bank’s call centre and make a request for activating the mobile banking facility.
  • Visiting IndusInd Bank’s branch: Visit the nearest branch of IndusInd bank and fill in the application form for mobile banking. You may have to enter details like your account number, phone number, etc. Once the application is approved. Your mobile banking services will be activated.

How to Login to IndusInd Bank Mobile Banking App

Follow these steps to log in to IndusInd Bank’s mobile banking app:

  • Download IndusInd Bank’s mobile banking app
  • Launch the app
  • Enter your registered mobile number in the relevant field
  • After you enter your number, it will be verified.
  • If you haven’t registered your number, you will have to register it using your debit/credit card details or your net banking credentials.

How to Change mPIN

If you want to change MPIN:

  • Launch the mobile banking app
  • Login using your credentials
  • Go to the menu section and select the option for changing MPIN
  • Enter the current MPIN and set the new MPIN
  • After confirming the new MPIN, you can login using your new credentials

If you have forgotten your MPIN:

  • Launch the mobile app
  • Click ‘Forgot MPIN’ option on the login page
  • You will have to verify your account by provide your debit card details
  • After verifying the details, you can set your new MPIN and log in with the new credentials.

IndusInd Bank fund transfer options

Apart from using your debit and credit card for making payments, IndusInd offers two safe and secure fund transfer options, namely NEFT and IMPS.

NEFT: You can now transfer funds to any account using this fund transfer option given by IndusInd. You can make a NEFT fund transfer on IndusInd mobile app, through ATM or from any of the IndusInd bank branches. In order to make a NEFT transfer, you should know the beneficiary's account number, account type and IFSC code.

IMPS- Immediate Payment Service offered by IndusInd lets you transfer funds from mobile to mobile, mobile to account, and mobile to merchant payment. You can transfer funds under IMPS using your online banking credentials or by entering your debit or credit card details.
