How to get started?

Customers can follow these simple and convenient steps to register and get started with mobile banking.

For Indian resident customers:

Customers can register for ICICI SMS Banking in any of the ICICI Bank ATMs.

Alternatively, customers can visit any one of the ICICI Bank branches to register for mobile banking. Customers will be asked for identity proof to activate SMS Banking. The documents listed below are accepted as identity proof by the bank:

  4. Original letter of introduction from existing bank
  5. Employee Identity Card
  6. Driving License
  7. Photo Identity card issued by Public Sector Undertakings

For NRI customers:
