  2. Call DCB Bank customer care at 1800-123-5363 or 1800-209-5363
  3. Visiting the DCB Bank ATM to auto-register for SMS alerts. 
  4. Visit the nearest DCB Bank branch and fill out the SMS banking request form. 

3. Through Mobile Banking 

By following the steps given below, customers can easily check their account balance via the DCB Mobile Banking App:  

Step 1: Download the DCB Bank Mobile Banking App from the Play Store or App Store. 

Step 2: Register yourself or log in by filling in your MPIN.
