 SMS or Enquiry Number 

You can easily check your balance using SMS or calling the enquiry number. Also, you need to make sure that your mobile number is registered with DBS Bank for the service to work.  

  1. You can send an SMS to 77767 by following the format: BAL <last 4 digits of your account number>. You will receive an SMS with your account balance. 
  1. You can also give a missed call on 1800 209 4555 to get your account balance details 

 Mobile Banking 

  1. Firstly, you need to dial 1800 209 4555 or +65 6327 2265 (from overseas) 
  1. Then enter your NRIC, Debit or Credit Card number, or Phone Banking UID 
  1. After entering your details, press the ‘# button to continue 
  1. Next, you will be asked to enter your Phone Banking PIN followed by the ‘#’ button 
  1. Your bank balance will be provided verbally over the phone call 

 Digibank Mobile  

  1. You can download the Digibank Mobile app either from your phone’s app store or by scanning the QR provided on the DBS Bank website 
  1. Now open the app and enter the required details to create a User ID and Password 
  1. Complete the KYC by providing your Aadhaar and PAN card number 
  1. Log in using your User ID and Password and then tap on ‘Deposits’ to view your bank balance 

Digibank Online 

  1. Go to the official website of the DBS bank 
  1. Select the option “Net Banking” from the menu 
  1. Log in with your user ID and password 
  1. You will be directed to the homepage of the Digibank website 
  1. Select “Account” then the “Account Balance” tab 
  1. You will get all the information about your funds including an account balance check 

Video Teller Machine  

  1. First, enter your NRIC, swipe your ATM/Debit/Credit card, or scan your passport to complete the authentication process 
  1. Input your card details to finish the verification 
  1. Then select the “Balance Enquiry” option from the main menu 
  1. Your Account Number, Ledger Balance, and Available Balance will be shown on the screen 

POSB/ATM 

  1. Insert your ATM card into the machine and enter your four-digit PIN 
  1. Select the option “Balance Enquiry" and then select your account type 
  1. Your account balance will be displayed on the screen 

DBS Digibot 

  1. Visit the official website of DBS bank and click on the Digibot icon 
  1. Type “Account balance” in the chat 
  1. Press the “Authenticate Me” button to verify your identity using iBanking Login or Card and PIN
