How to Register for Citibank Mobile Banking Services

  • Authenticate your account information and click on ‘Proceed’.

  • Click on ‘Forgot User ID and Password’.

  • Enter your mobile number, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP.

Citibank fund transfer options

Apart from using your debit and credit card for making payments, Citibank offers four safe and secure fund transfer options, namely NEFT and IMPS.

National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT): Citibank netbanking allows you to transfer funds within the same bank network online. You will have to know your beneficiary account details to initiate the payment. NEFT can be made online, using an app or via SMS.

Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS): Customers can transfer funds on real time basis under RTGS. While NEFT transfer is made batchwise, RTGS settlement is made on net basis. The minimum amount for RTGS transfer is Rs.2 lakh.

IMPS- Immediate Payment Service offered by Citibank allows you to transfer funds instantly. This electronic fund transfer offered by Citibank helps customers in saving a lot of time.

International wire transfer: Customers can wire funds from overseas account to their Rupee checking account using International wire transfers. Once the international bank initiates the transfer, it takes 2-3 days for the funds to reflect in the account.
