To check your Axis bank account balance using the missed call facility, you need to dial 1800-419-5959 from your registered mobile number. If you wish to receive bank account balance details in Hindi, you can dial 1800-419-5858 from your registered mobile number. 

The bank also gives its customers the facility to receive mini statements using the missed call facility. To avail yourself of this service, you need to dial 1800-419-6969. If you wish to receive bank account mini statement in Hindi, you need to dial 1800-419-6868 from your registered mobile number. 

Follow the steps given below to use the missed call service for balance inquiries:   

Step 1: You need to dial the Axis Bank balance inquiry number 1800-419-5959 using the mobile number registered with the bank. You can also dial 1800-419-6969 for a mini statement. 

Step 2: The call will disconnect after a short ring. 

Step 3: You will receive an SMS with your Axis Bank account balance, which includes details for Savings, Current, Cash Credit, and Overdraft accounts. 

Note: To avail yourself of this service, you need to activate SMS alerts service for your Axis bank account on your registered mobile number. 

How to check Axis bank account balance using SMS banking facility? 

If you are an Axis bank customer and have activated SMS alerts service for your bank account, you will receive all information about the transactions through text alerts.  

The bank offers two types of SMS banking services:

Axis Bank offers its customers mobile banking services through various apps, including Axis Mobile, BHIM Axis Pay, Axis OK, Axis Merchant App, and Axis Netsecure. You can use one of the applications to check your account balance. 

Follow the steps given below to check balance using Axis bank mobile application: 

Step 1: You need to download one of the Axis bank mobile applications

Step 2: You need to use your account number and other required credentials to log in on the downloaded mobile application. 

Step 3: You need to navigate to the dashboard or account section to find the balance inquiry option.

How to check Axis bank account balance using the Net Banking facility?

Step 1: Visit your nearest ATM and insert your Axis bank ATM card or Debit Card

Step 2: Enter your 4-digit Axis bank ATM PIN.
