Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016, the Government of Rajasthan has notified the rules for the promotion and regulation of the real estate sector in the state. Through this initiative, the Rajasthan RERA shall encourage the growth and promotion of a healthy, transparent, efficient and competitive real estate sector. 

Rajasthan RERA Fees and Charges 

Below are the fees and charges related to RERA Rajasthan: 

Promoter Registration Fee 

*Shall be retained by the Authority and the balance amount will be refunded within 30 days from the date of such withdrawal. 

Real Estate Agent Registration Fee 

How to Register 

Below are the steps to register in RERA Rajasthan: 

Step 1: Visit Rera Rajasthan official website.  

Step 2: Select the drop-down menu of ‘Online Registration’ and choose ‘Real Estate Project’ or ‘Real Estate Agent’ accordingly. 

Step 3: You’ll be redirected to https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin.  

Step 4: Select ‘Registration’ and choose ‘Citizen’ or ‘Udhyog’ or Govt. Employee’ accordingly. 

Documents Required for Registration for RERA Rajasthan 

Documents required to be furnished during the process of registration are: 

Promoter 

• PAN card copy. 
• Audited balance sheet of the promoter for the preceding financial year. 
• Number of parking areas in each type of parking such as basement, open, stilt, mechanical, parking, etc. 
• Legal title deed copy reflecting the title of the promoter to the land. 
• Encumbrance details. 
• In case the promoter is not the landowner, then a copy of the collaboration, development, joint development, or any other agreement. 
• Application form. 

Real Estate Agent 

• Brief details of your enterprise including its name, registered address, type of enterprise (society/partnership/proprietorship/company, etc.). 
• Photograph of the real estate agent in case of an individual, and the photograph of partners, directors, etc., in case of other than an individual. 
• PAN card copy. 
• Address proof copy of the place of business. 

Details needed to be provided when filing application for registration of project - Form A

When filing an application for registration of project using Form A, the following details must be furnished:

• Status of the applicant.
• Applicant’s name, father’s name, occupation, permanent address, photo, and contact details, if the applicant is an individual. In case the applicant is a firm, society, trust, company, limited liability partnership, competent authority etc., details like name, address, main objects, copy of registration certificate, along with the photo, name, and address of the director/partner/chairman of authorised person need to be provided.
• PAN of the promoter.
• Details of project land.
• Name and address of the bank with which account in terms of subclause (D) of clause (l) of sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 will be maintained.
• Details of projects launched by the promoter in the last five years.
• Details of agency which is to take up external development works.
• Details of online payment like date, transaction number etc., for payment of registration fee.
