The official portal of Real Estate Regulatory Authority Karnataka (RERA Karnataka) is developed under section 4.3 of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Act, 2016. The RERA Act, 2016 was introduced to reform the real estate segment of the country, thereby encouraging better transparency, citizen centricity, financial disciple and accountability.
The following tables give you the full list of the fees applicable for various types of projects in Karnataka.

The real estate agent must pay Rs.25,000 as registration fees if he is an individual. In every other case, the registration fee is Rs.2 lakh.

In case you want to register a complaint about any violation committed under this Act, you can do so with the Adjudicating Officer or the Regulatory Authority. You will have to take a Demand Draft (DD) to the extent of Rs.1,000 to file your complaint.
