In case you own land or property in North Delhi, you must pay property tax to the North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC). The process to pay the tax is simple and can be completed both offline and online.
NDMC Property Tax Payment steps
The different methods by which you can pay the NDMC property tax are mentioned below:
Online Method:
- Visit https://mcdonline.nic.in/ndmcportal/.
- Click on ‘Online Services’.
- Under the ‘Property Tax’ option, you find ‘Citizen Login’, click on it.
- Next, enter your mobile number and click on ‘Generate OTP’.
- Enter the OTP and click on ‘Login’.
- On the next page, you will find the option to pay the NDMC property tax.
However, you must complete the registration process before you can make the property tax payment online.
Offline Method:
You can pay the NDMC property tax by visiting any of the ITZ cash counters in North Delhi. The payment can be made via credit card, debit card, cheque, and cash.

- Click on ‘Sign Up’.
- On the next page, click on ‘New User Click Here For Sign Up/Registration’.
- Next, enter your first name, middle name, last name, your father’s name, gender, country code, mobile, email ID, and age.
- Click on ‘Get OTP’.
- Enter the OTP and click on ‘Verify’.
- Click on ‘Submit’ to complete the registration process.
