    To register your complaint on the grievance forum, follow the steps given below in the following order:

    • Visit the official website of DHBVN
    • On the menu you will be able to locate ‘Grievance Forum’, under which you will have to click on ‘Procedure and Forms’
    • If you are registering a complaint for the first time, you can download the Annex-I form to submit the grievance submission form
    • If your complaint is escalated to a point where you need a representation before Ombudsman, you can download Annex-IV
    • Take a printout of the form, duly fill the form, and send it to the chairperson of the electricity board
