Redemption Reliance Quant Plus mutual fund units can be redeemed by placing a redemption request with the fund provider. Usually, it takes 3-4 days for the request to be processed. The maximum permissible processing time however is 10 days.
Taxation The tax on returns earned through any equity related scheme is nil if the units are held for 1 year or more. In case the units are redeemed within one year of obtaining the fund then the returns earned are taxable.
