- Indian residents who are at least 18 years of age
- Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs) through their Kartas
- Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) and partnership firms
- Natural guardians (mother or father), or lawful guardians for investments made on behalf of minors
- Corporate bodies, companies, Body of Individuals (BOIs), Association of Persons (AOPs), Public Sector Undertakings, and societies that have registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860

NAV Disclosure and Benchmark for HDFC Infrastructure Fund – Growth Option
The Asset Management Company shall calculate the Net Asset Value of the scheme and disclose the same in a minimum of two daily newspapers that are circulated across the country. Under the guidelines of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the fund house is expected to disclose the Net Asset Value of the scheme along with the sale price and the repurchase price on its website as well as the website of the Association of Mutual Funds in India. The NAV must be updated by the Asset Management Company by 9:00 p.m. on each working day. Failure to do so will mean that the company will have to send a written explanation for the delay to the Association of Mutual Funds in India.

Investment Restrictions of HDFC Infrastructure Fund – Growth Option
The following are the major investment restrictions of HDFC Infrastructure Fund – Growth Option:
- The Mutual Fund is allowed to enter into transactions that involve Government Securities only in the dematerialised form.
- Under all its schemes, the Mutual Fund cannot own over 10% of the paid-up capital carrying voting rights of any company.
- The scheme cannot park over 10% of the net assets in short-term deposits, with scheduled commercial banks including its subsidiaries.
- The scheme cannot park funds in short-term deposits of a bank that has made investments in the scheme.
- The scheme is not allowed to make investments over 10% of its NAV in units of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs) issued by a single issuer.
- The scheme cannot transfer investments to another scheme in the same mutual fund unless the transfers are made at the current market price for quoted securities on spot basis, or if the securities being transferred conform with the investment objective of the scheme to which the transfer is being made.
Dividend Policy of HDFC Infrastructure Fund – Growth Option
The trustee shall declare dividends under the scheme’s dividend option based on the availability of distributable surplus. In case dividends are declared, they shall be paid to unitholders provided their names are present in the Register of Unitholders on the record date.
