The following are the features of the PNB Housing Finance FD scheme:

  1. High interest rates ranging from 5.90% p.a. to 6.70% p.a.
  2. Highest term deposit rate: 6.70% p.a. for tenures ranging from 5 years up to 10 years
  3. Range of maturities: 1 year to 10 years
  4. Minimum deposit amount: Rs.10,000
  5. Senior citizens get an additional interest rate of 0.25% p.a. for deposits of up to Rs.1 crore
  6. Interest payment options: Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual basis for non-cumulative deposit and annual basis for cumulative deposit
  7. Premature withdrawal is allowed after 3 months from the deposit date
  8. Auto-renewal facility available
  9. Loan facility available of up to 75% of deposit amount
  10. Joint fixed deposit can be opened with up to 3 holders
