  1. Private Limited Organisations, NGOs, Partnerships, Trusts, Cooperative Societies, Registered and Unregistered Bodies, Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs), Proprietorships, Minors, and Individuals can open an FD Plus account. 
  2. Existing and new customers can open an account.

  1. FATCA Declaration. 
  2. PAN (certified copy).

    No, premature withdrawal is not allowed under this FD scheme. 

  • Can onboarding be carried out via FOS?

    No. Only a paper-based format is permitted for on-boarding. 

  • What happens if the consumer wishes to get their money back before the term is up?

    No. Except in the event of the account holder's death, the customer is not permitted to withdraw the deposit without the Product Team's agreement and a statutory or regulatory body's order. 

  • Does the deposit amount have a minimum or maximum?

    There is no maximum deposit amount; the minimum deposit amount must be greater than Rs.15 lakh. 

  • Will senior people and Jana Bankers receive a higher rate?

    No. Senior citizens and Jana Bankers do not pay an extra rate. 

  • Is there a specific rate offered under this package for FDs beyond Rs.1 crore?

    Deposits beyond Rs.1 crore are not eligible for a preferential rate under this scheme.
