The Assam Gramin Vikash Bank (AGVB) is a regional rural bank (RRB) that is owned by the Ministry of Finance and is the only RRB in Assam.

The bank offers fixed deposit schemes for its customers at lucrative rates of interest  ranging from 2.80% p.a. to 7.10% p.a . The FD schemes can be availed for a period of 7 days to 10 years.
