2. Download the application form from either of these websites.
3. The duly filled up application form has to be submitted at the local RTO.
4. One copy each of all the prescribed documents have to be submitted along with the application form.
5. The application fee can be paid after the verification process of the documents.
6. Followed by that you have to choose a date and time slot for the learner's driving licence test from the list of available dates.
7. The learner's licence will be issued to you when you pass the test.
8. The licence can be collected from the RTO itself or it will be sent to your registered address through speed post.
